That's a Peach, Hon! Chef Fabrizio Celebrates Missouri's Fresh Summer Produce

Chef Fabrizio heard stories about the Midwest's legendary produce when he was considering a move to the region as Cielo's new executive chef. All through the winter, he dreamed of deeply-colored vegetables and sweet, juicy fruits coming straight from the farm.
And then he heard about our peaches...
"We have a playful, flavorful cocktail from my native Italy called the Bellini. I was excited to interpret it for my new customers, but when I tried Missouri peaches I knew we couldn't stop with only a drink. We created an entire menu around them!" said Fabrizio.
Chef Fabrizio is offering a prix fixe menu for July that features pan-seared sea scallops with lemoncello infused white peaches and key lime basil dressing, roasted lamb loin with grilled peaches on local greens and watercress, and a peach melba with roasted peaches, gelato, and fresh raspberry coulis.
